A small shop. One phone number. The same people every time.
VICE Automotive is an independent auto body and collision repair shop at 3071 N Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas. Body, paint and collision work happen in our own bays. Mechanical repair and oil service run out of the same building.
We started on the documentation side: estimates, appraisals, diminished value reports and total loss valuation reviews for drivers whose claim files were missing the vehicle’s side of the story. That is still half of what we do, and it is why our repair estimates are written in CCC ONE, the system carriers actually read.
You will never be handed to a call center. Sergio writes estimates and runs the floor. Lauren handles the file and keeps you informed. Calls and texts reach them Monday to Friday, 9 to 6.
VICE Automotive provides documentation, estimates, appraisals, and claim support services only. We are not attorneys and we are not licensed public insurance adjusters. Coverage and claim decisions are made by insurance carriers under your policy terms.
Four things we can promise. None of them are about your settlement, because nobody can honestly promise you that.
The business hours rule
Text or call any time you like. Texts and calls reach us during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM. We’re closed weekends. We’d rather tell you that than promise a callback nobody is here to make.
The honest no
If your claim doesn’t need us, we say so in the first conversation. No invoice for the review, and no automated sales sequence: if we ever message you, you can reply STOP at any time. We’d rather be the people you refer than the people you paid for nothing.
The number before the work
Every document we prepare is quoted in writing before it’s started. Nothing begins until you’ve seen the price and said yes.
The plain English rule
ACV. Betterment. Supplement. Diminished value. If we use a word you’d have to look up, stop us and we’ll say it again in English. Every document we prepare comes with a plain English note on what it is and what it’s for.
