No. VICE prepares documentation, estimates, appraisals, and claim support documents only. We do not offer legal services and we do not act as public adjusters. If your situation is outside what documentation can address, we will say so.
What does the first review cost?
Nothing. The first read of your documents is free. Any document you then ask VICE to prepare is quoted in writing before it is started.
Does VICE decide my claim?
No. Coverage and claim decisions are made by the insurance carrier under your policy terms. VICE makes sure the vehicle side of the file is complete and understandable.
