Is the first estimate really free?
Yes. Clear damage photos start a free repair estimate. An in-person inspection may still be needed to find hidden damage and confirm the repair scope.
Does sending photos authorize repairs?
No. Photos start the estimate request. VICE reviews the scope with you, and repairs begin only after your authorization.
What photos should I send?
Every damaged area, from a few feet back and up close. Keep plates, VINs and paperwork out of frame. You can also upload an existing estimate. Up to 10 files.
Do you work with my insurance?
We prepare the vehicle-side documents in CCC ONE and explain each one. Coverage and claim decisions are made by the insurance carrier under your policy terms.
Does an appointment request authorize repairs?
No. VICE first confirms the appointment, inspects the concern, and explains recommended work before you authorize a repair.
Is the requested time automatically booked?
No. VICE reviews the vehicle and preferred time, then contacts you to confirm availability.
Claim documents
Are you attorneys, or public adjusters?
No. Vice Automotive provides documentation and claim support services. We do not offer legal services and we do not act as public adjusters. We prepare the documents: estimates, appraisals, diminished value reports, and total loss valuation reviews. If your situation is outside what documentation can address, we’ll say so.
What does the first review cost?
Nothing. The first read of your documents is free. Any document you then ask VICE to prepare is quoted in writing before it is started.
Does VICE decide my claim?
No. Coverage and claim decisions are made by the insurance carrier under your policy terms. VICE makes sure the vehicle side of the file is complete and understandable.

Where are you, and when are you open?
3071 N Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89115. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Which areas do you serve?
Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas. Repairs happen at the Nellis Boulevard shop; documentation work can start entirely from your phone.
Will you text me?
Only about your request, and only if you check the consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.
