Authorize repair
Review the recommended work before the repair begins.

The right repair starts with the right diagnosis.
A symptom is not always the underlying problem. Note when it started, whether it is constant or intermittent, and the exact wording of any warning light. Bring recent repair records if you have them.
“I highly recommend VICE for your vehicle repairs. They are very thorough, honest, and reliable. This is who I trust with my cars and my family’s cars. Sergio, Lauren and Jose really know what they’re doing! Thank you!”
Questions about mechanical repair
Does an appointment request authorize repairs?
No. VICE first confirms the appointment, inspects the concern, and explains recommended work before you authorize a repair.
What symptoms should I include?
Warning lights, sounds, smells, leaks, starting trouble, vibration, temperature changes, or anything that changed in how the vehicle drives.
Can I add maintenance to the visit?
Yes. Add the maintenance items to the request so the shop can review them with the reported symptom.
